Sales account manager

Minimum guaranteed salary if the job were vacant today: GBP 38,750 per annum

Working hours: 35 а week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through both B2B and B2C sales channels, with a strong focus on business development and expanding our market presence within the UK. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the EdTech landscape, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Duties:

  • Sales Execution (B2B & B2C):

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within both the B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) markets.

    • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our online learning solutions.

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.

    • Negotiate contracts and close deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets.

    • Maintain accurate sales records and track progress using our systems.

 

  • Business Development:

  • Identify and research new market segments and potential client groups within the EdTech sector.

  • Develop and execute strategies for generating new leads and expanding our customer base.

  • Network with industry professionals and attend relevant events to build relationships and promote our brand.

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with complementary organisations.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings.

 

  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organisations.

    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on our online learning solutions.

    • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.

    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure client needs are met.

 

  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager.

    • Track and analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.

    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the EdTech industry (minimum 3 years).

  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong English

Place of work: Hybrid (work from Sutton several times a month)

it Support Specialist

Duties:


- identify, troubleshoot and resolve software issues;
- provide technical support, offer clear instructions and guidance to beta-users, and advise them on resolving technical problems with the platform,
- facilitate user access to systems, ensuring proper authorisation and permissions are in place,
- develop user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the design requirements,
- test and соrrесt software programs before release to ensure they are free from defects and meet functional standards,
- report on commonly occurring queries to the director, providing insights into underlying problems and recommending solutions, ensuring efficient problem resolution and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives,
- create and maintain software documentation,
- develop security systems and procedures to protect users from hacks and programs from viruses,
- ensure that code and software complies with data protection laws and security regulations

Skills, qualifications and experience required:


- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent,
- at least 3 years of experience in а similar role in edtech,
- strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience in IT support ticketing systems and issue tracking,
- attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality support
- strong English, Russian


Place of work: Sutton. salary: GBP 39,000 per annum


Working hours: 37.5 а week
