To ensure that your content is in demand, we recommend that you follow the following rules:

FORMAT
​
The content can be in any language. The most impornant thing is it should be of excellent quality. It should be engaging, modern, with clear images and clear sound. Materials in English or with English subtitles are preferred to help reach a broader audience to sell to.
The courses do not involve interactive communication with students, but you can include assignments for independent completion.
Content may consist of different format options or may have a mixed format:

VIDEO - It may be a camera recording of a person speaking\animation\captivating slides. You can also post a short video - no more than 3 minutes for one topic\tool\event, preferably vertically
TEXT, PICTURES - Don't forget to check for errors and cite sources if you use someone else's materials

TEST - with a key and decryption of the result

CONTENT AND STRUCTURE

The duration of the course may vary.
​

The duration of the content is calculated based on the time spent for reading\watching\completing the tasks in the course. Duration of the whole course is calculated automatically if you have specified the duration of each section.
​

If the course is 60 minutes or more, it is advisable to break it up into lessons. The optimal course length is 3-7 lessons consisting of 10-30 minutes each. Ideally, the learner should be able to go through one lesson at one sitting. If the course duration is qiute long, consider splitting it into two independent courses and selling them separately.
​

If the lesson is more than 10 minutes, it is advisable to divde it into chapters.
​

The student can move on to the next section after completing the previous one by pressing the NEXT button. When all sections are completed in order, the student can jump between sections in any order.
​

It is advisable to use different formats (video, text, pictures, links) to make the content more entertaining so the audience perceives the information better.
​

Follow the logic of the course; lessons and sections should be connected and lead to a common goal.
​

Present the material in a lively, engaging language. In videos, speak energetically and enthusiastically.
​

Follow the logical structure. It is better to make an introduction the first lesson to prepare the audience for the learning. The last lesson should contain conclusions.

Before publishing a course, carefully check everything using the peview function

IMPORTANT: We do not recommend changing the content of the course after it has been published! The number of lessons and sections cannot be changed.

RightRoad-edtech does NOT pre-moderate courses, but has the right to delete a course from the platform in case of violation of the terms.
​

If we notice a low quality course we can get in touch with the provider offering advice and assistance.

PROMOTION AND SALES

Choose titles that are clear and attract your audience.
​

Thoroughly fill out the promo page. It will be visible to everyone prior to purchase. Promo page serves to attract customers. Based on the information on it, the client makes a decision to purchase the course. We recommend that you include as much useful information about the course as possible and complete most sections.
​

To ensure that your course fit the style of the platform, we make all cover images ourselves. If you want to upload your own image, get in touch and we will arrange it for for an additional cost. We also can make a cover talored for your taste following our style guidlines.
​

You can post link to your course promo page on your website.
​
​

​
COST AND PAYMENTS
​
Free and paid courses are published by authors without payment. When you post a paid course, you will be charged a sales commission only when someone buys your course.
​

Free courses are often short and used to help promote an expert/company. They usually contain 1-3 tools to study. The client gains access just by registering on the platform.
​

RightRoad-edtech does not charge a commission from the cost of your course. We add a commission on top based on the price of the course.
​

We use Stripe as our payment system, through which you undergo verification when registering. Withdrawal of earned money is done via Stripe in accordance with the conditions established by this payment system (usually within 1 week).
​

If you cannot pass verification in Stripe (for example, the country of issue of your bank card is not supported), the transfer is carried out in accordance with individual conditions, which we will further discuss taking into account your country of residence.

You must register to start working with RIGHTROAD EDTECH.
STEP 1
Prepare information for registration:
If you are a sole trader and work as an expert individually: Logo or photo, contact details, bank details
If you are a company/represent a company: Logo, company company name, address, company bank details, contact person's contact information.

Press the START button on the main page or any button leading to the platform.

Select one of the options.
You register as a company or as a sole trader/expert.
If you are registering from a company, you will need to enter company details as well as contact details of the company representative responsible for entering rates and interacting with RIGHTROAD EDTECH.

Next, fill in your or your company’s data in the fields upon request.
If your country is not in the list, that means your country does not support the Stripe payment service through which money is supposed to be automatically transferred to your account.
In this case, select OTHER, complete the remaining field, then contact us at supporrt@rroaded.co.uk. We will complete registration and discuss individual conditions.

Fill in the information for the Stripe payment service (information about you, company, bank details). This will open in a new tab. It may take time for verification to be completed. After that your account in RIGHTROAD EDTECH will be ready!

Fill out the information very carefully and thoroughly. You can change the information during the download process but not after the course has been published. If you published the course but need to make some changes, please contact us at supporrt@rroaded.co.uk
Start uploading the course through the admin panel. You will have access to it as the course provider. There you can view all your courses, upload new ones, and fill out a promotional page for them.

Enter information about the course. It will appear on the promo page. Clients will see it before purchasing/viewing the course.

DESCRIPTION - The general description of the course should be no more than 300 characters; this is motivating description to sell. It will be visible on the course card.

YOU WILL LEARN - Write more specifically what the course is about, what the result will be, what the client will learn after completing it. What is the value of your course.

FOR WHOM - Write who this course is for, who your target audience is. For example, for students or those involved in health, those looking for a new profession, musicians, etc.
SUPPLIER DESCRIPTION - Describe who the supplier is, what your strengths are, what achievements you have, etc. Why should clients choose you.

STEP 4

Enter your price in GBP. Our fee will be automatically calculated and shown after you click the SAVE button.
STEP 5
​
GRADE - Select one of the categories for what level of knowledge the course is designed for.
DURATION - Do not fill it in. This field will be filled in automatically after setting the duration of each section in the course lessons later.
CATEGORIES - Select one or more categories that your course falls into by double clicking. The selected categories will appear in the box on the right.
STEP 6

Filling out the course structure (LESSONS)
​
Scroll down and click Add another lesson. Write the name of each lesson, in the field on the right

DESCRIPTION - a brief summary of each lesson and tools.
If your course consists of one lesson without sections, e.g. only one video, you should write the name of the course\video in LESSON NAME and describe it in the DESCRIPTION field.
STEP 7

Next, click the SAVE button at the bottom of the page. After this, a PREVIEW button will appear at the top of the page. By clicking it, you can see the completed promo page too check how clients will see it. When you return back, you can correct the information and click SAVE again.
! NOTE !
The remaining fields in this section will be filled in automatically.
! IMPORTANT ! You cannot change the number of lessons and sections after publication! We do not recommend changing the course content after it has been published!
! IMPORTANT ! After checking the IS PUBLISHED box, your course will become available to clients. Please check the completed information fields and the course itself very carefully before publishing!
uPLOADING CONTENT

Step 1
After clicking the SAVE button, the Edit Lesson field will appear on the rignht. Clicking on it will take you to the page where you will upload your content.
The SAVE and PREVIEW buttons will still be at the tpo right corner of the page. At any time during the download process, you can press Save and see how it looks for learners.
Step 2
If the LESSON consists of sections, write the name of all CHAPTER inside each lesson. Use the Add another Lesson chapter button to add the sections in this lesson.
If there are no sections in the lesson, repeat the title of the lesson in this field.
Click SAVE.
Step 3
Next, select Any content
Click "Edit chapter"

There will be the page with an intuitive editor where you can place your content in order.
There you can:
​
- Paste text from any source or write and correct it right here
- Copy and paste the picture or drag it into this field. You can change the size of the image by right-clicking and selecting Image Properties, in the Width field select the desired width, the height will be adjusted automatically.
- add a video by uploading a file from your computer

! IMPORTANT ! Please, wait until text appears in the left tab. This will mean that your video uploaded successfully. It may take time depending on the video size and your internet connection/computer characteristics
- create a link from the file on your computer for the learner to download it

After uploading the content, click SAVE at the bottom.

Dont forget to check how the client will see your content by clicking the PREVIEW button at the top right.

Step 5
Return to the page where you started to fill the course. Thoroughly check the course by clicking on the PREVIEW button.
PLEASE CHECK THAT:
- the text on the promo page is written clearly, explainatory, and captivating
- there are no grammatical or punctuation errors
- logo or photo uploaded and in excellent quality
- the course category is chosen correctly. (you can even pick 1-3 categories)
- the price is correct
- lessons and sections are named correctly, all information is uploaded
- all pictures in the are of excellent quality and the right size
- video are excellent quality
- you are satisfied and the course is ready for publication
Step 6
Publish the course for public access by cheking the IS PUBLISHED box.
